The mission of Maryland Vegan Restaurant Week is to increase the awareness, benefits, and accessibility of a plant-based diet through a fun, innovative, and community-based experience.
Maryland Vegan Eats encourages food service establishments to offer healthy, plant-based and/or vegan food as part of their menu selections.
VEGETARIAN RESOURCE GROUP (VRG) is a national, multi-faceted organization that works with mainstream businesses and organizations to make it easier to go plant-based/vegan, VRG also provides: food service outreach, education for health professionals, education for children and students, consumer assistance, media outreach, and nutrition research, publications.
